Nicole Cipriani, MD, is Assistant Professor in Pathology and medical director of gross pathology. Her areas of research include thyroid carcinoma, salivary gland and squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck, and soft tissue sarcomas. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Chicago, followed by a graduate degree in biomedical visualization at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She returned to UChicago for medical school and residency, and completed a subspecialty fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
