Husain Sattar, MD, Associate Professor in Pathology, has worked as a lead pathologist with the Multidisciplinary Breast Program at the University of Chicago for nearly a decade. He completed his undergraduate studies, medical school, residency, and fellowship at UChicago. Sattar has received numerous awards and honors in recognition of his clinical and teaching efforts, including induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honors society and the University’s Best Basic Science Teacher Award. His textbook, Fundamentals of Pathology, is used by medical students worldwide.
