It’s easy to pay your bill online.
Step 1
Enter your bill type.
You either have a UCMC (University of Chicago Medical Center) or a UCPG (University of Chicago Physicians Group) bill statement. Enter UCMC or UCPG in the Bill Type field.
Step 2
For UCMC bills: If you’re paying a UCMC bill, enter the Guarantor Number, Med Rec #, and the Patient Name.
For UCPG bills: If you’re paying a UCPG bill, enter the Invoice Number, Account Number, and the Patient Name.
Step 3
Enter your payment amount.
Step 4 (optional)
You may note specific instructions or account number(s) you want to pay in the Notes field. If you do not specify an account number, your payment will be applied to the oldest open account.
Step 5
Enter your credit card information. We accept U.S. credit cards only. International credit cards are not accepted.
Please note:
- Payment is due upon receipt of statement. Please remit balance in full.
- You may be eligible for financial assistance under the terms and conditions the Medical Center offers to qualified patients. Financial assistance includes discounts for services provided to UCMC or UCPG patients who are uninsured or underinsured.
