Specialized biomarkers and molecular tests are used for diagnosing colorectal cancer, GIST tumors, and polyposis syndromes with RAS-testing panels and EGFR analysis. We offer HER2testing by immunohistochemistry and FISH for gastric and pancreatic cancers. We have additional expertise in soft tissue pathology, pancreatic cancer, liver disease, and liver tumors as well as transplant pathology, including liver transplant rejection analysis.
